Rosalie Ticman

Head of Communication

She is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines (double major in Political Science & History), 1992 and the University of Indonesia in BIPA Program, 1992-1993

Rose worked as corporate communication manager at Astra Group, had Brand Development & Communications Training di New York, USA, 2006 and International Finance Corporation/World Bank, Washington DC, 2005

Rose is experienced as the President Director of R&R Strategic Communications and specializes in crisis management, image and perception management, brand building, media relations and strategic communication for more than 20 years.

Currently, Rose is leading the company in strategic communication and investor relations. She helped Bakrieland Development, Elnusa, Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan, Bumi Serpong Damai, Kobexindo Tractors and many other clients.

Pribadi Agung

Team Coordinator for Financial Advisory

He graduated from University of Gadjah Mada in nuclear engineering and MM Prasetiya Mulya majoring in finance. He worked in BATAN, Hyundai Merchant Marine and and management consultant at PT Indoconsult specializing in organization restructuring.

Agung has experiences in corporate finance, asset management, financial restructuring, enterprise value enhancement, turn around and investor relations for more than 20 years and has Investment Manager license from the Financial Services Authority.

Several clients handled are Bumi Serpong Damai, Wijaya Karya (Persero), Bukopin, Bakrieland Development, Lembaga Penjaminan Simpanan, PP (Persero), Bank Negara Indonesia, PP Property, PP Presisi, etc.

He is currently handling financial advisory, strategic communication and investor relations in the capital market.

Budi Purwanto

Team Coordinator for Capital Market Advisory

He graduated his bachelor degree from the Trisakti University and specializes in financial restructuring, value enhancement, investor relations, strategic management, and corporate finance.

Several positions currently held are Director of Bumi Citra Damai Tbk, Commissioner of Treasure Fund Investama, Independent Audit Committee of Trada Maritim Tbk and Electronic City Tbk.

Budi has license issued by Financial Services Authority including Investment Manager License. His vast experience in more than 20 years in the capital market especially in corporate finance, financial restructuring, business development, dan investment advisors for asset management.

Several works done by Budi include managing IPO for Polaris Investama Tbk, Trada Maritim Tbk, Electronic City Tbk, HD Capital Tbk; managing right issue for Palm Asia Corpora Tbk, Indah Karya Plasindo Tbk; and M&A handling for Elnusa Tbk

Rowena Suryobroto

Director

She graduated from the University of Indonesia majoring in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Financial Management from Royal University of Groningen, Belanda.

Rowena worked as a security analyst in Panin Sekuritas and Head of Research in Indonesia Finance Today. Wena has more than 12-year experience in research, strategic communication ad investor relation in capital market.

Her working experience include crisis management of Bank BNI (2008), Nusa Konstruksi d/h Duta Graha Indah, stock value enhancement of Bukopin, Bakrieland, Bumi Serpong Damai etc, writing annual reports for various sectors such as property, heavy equipment, retail and financial.

Beside, Rowena has Investment Manager License from the Financial Services Authority and Chartered Financial Analyst level I. She also holds Certified Security Analyst (CSA) from CSA Institute and Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialists (CSRS) from Institute of Certified Sustainability Practitioners (ICSP)
